ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that his father's name was wrongly mentioned in the legal heir certificate. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 21.10.2016 and alleging that the said representation has not evoked any response, he has moved this writ petition for a mandamus to consider and pass appropriate orders on his representation. 2.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, conduct an enquiry by providing an opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders, after ascertaining whether any wrong has been committed while issuing the legal heir certificate. The petitioner is also expected to produce the relevant documents before the second respondent. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
