O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the respondents to register the FIR within in stipulated time period in pursuance to the order dt.21.01.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.235/2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, passed an order in Crl.M.P.No.235 of 2019, dated 21.01.2019, directed the second respondent to investigate the matter. On the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, the second respondent did not register any case till today. Hence, the petitioner filed this petitioner

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to register the case on the direction issued by the learned Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.235 of 2019, dated 21.01.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
