RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in so far as para No.6 clause (a) is concerned thereby enabling the petitioner to produce any government servant as surety before the court below instead of respectable persons in their locality either government servants or elected people representatives or the persons who are having permanent business establishments and the sureties shall file an affidavit by ensuring that the petitioner will not indulge in any other offence in future and he will be available for the entire trial. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S PRAHALAD RAVI.

SIDE)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in so far as para No.6 clause (a) is concerned thereby enabling the petitioner to produce any government servant as surety before the Court below. 2.It is submitted that as per the above said condition, the petitioner was directed to produce sureties on particular character and nature and when the petitioner produced sureties who are working in the Corporation, the trial Court did not accept the sureties on the ground that they are not respectable person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
