O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 7 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 8 and 9 in the Oorani in S.No.1568 at Keezhamarinadu Village, Virudhunagar District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2016, within a time frame.

2. It is represented by Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner that he has given consent for change of vakalat to the petitioner long back and he has filed a memo dated 27.09.2022 to that effect. The said memo is recorded.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 produced a communication of the Tahsildar, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, in Na.Ka.A1/2271/2016, dated 27.09.2022 addressed to him and submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have been removed.
