Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the project proposed in the impugned notice has been dropped. Nothing survives for further adjudication. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
