This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to take action against the third respondent based on the representation dated 20.11.2021. 2 .The respondents have taken action against the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.23138 of 2019. Therefore, there is no question of taking action against the respondents, had merely followed the order passed by this Court. If the petitioner was aggrieved by the above order, the petitioner should have challenged the same in the manner known to law.
