O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.5 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 7 & 8 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case is almost over and final report will be filed within a short time. 4.Let the final report be filed before the concerned Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so aggrieved. 2/4
