ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the Tender Notification of the 3rd respondent dated 07.01.2016.

2. The 3rd respondent Municipality, with an intention to put up a dumping yard in a place, has called for a Tender Notification on 2/5

07.01.2016, which is challenged in this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the tender has not been effected and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.
