RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13953 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13953 of 2021 on 02.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13953 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, and it was taken on file in C.C.No.340 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner may appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summon and the petition is allowed.
