ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to measure and fix boundary stones in respect of her plot in no. 106 situated at Keelaiyur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that notice for enquiry has now been issued and that appropriate orders would be passed within a stipulated time limit.

4.This writ petition is filed by the petitioner in the year 2017 with a grievance that though she paid necessary fee, the survey was not conducted. Since the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that notice for 2/4

enquiry has been issued, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
