Pleased to call for the records and to set-aside the Judgment passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni @ Periyakulam dated 30.01.2020 in C.A.No.2 of 2019 by confirming the Judgment of learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam in S.T.C.No. 6484 of 2016 dated 10/12/2018 by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3116 of 2020, in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.363 of 2020, dated 22.06.2020.

3. The respondent has no serious objection.

4. In view of the above submission made by both side counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by the Court. This petition is allowed accordingly.
