Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH.M.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10683 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12408 of 2023 on 26.07.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10683 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12408 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court, once in a month, ie., on every 1st working day of a month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
