PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2022. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petition had been filed seeking direction against the third Respondent not to summon him at odd hours. It is the further submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that there had been a civil dispute between the fourth Respondent and the Petitioner, based on which, the complaint had been preferred by the fourth Respondent to the third Respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint received from the fourth Respondent was registered as C.S.R.No.560 of 2020 and the Petitioner was summoned and enquired. Since the subject matter of the dispute is civil dispute, they were advised to seek their remedy in the Civil Court and thereby, the enquiry was closed.
