Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner wants the second respondent to take action on the petition mentioned complaint and complete the enquiry. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed on 09.01.2022. W.P(MD)No.22440 of 2021 respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner so that the petitioner can take recourse to appropriate remedies under law.
