PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus. calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed the 2nd respondent in ref.No. Ma.Ne.Pi/E3/1197, dated 20.02.2016 in so far as ordering recovery of Rs.1,22,928/- from the petitioner towards non-implemented punishment of increment cut. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order and to stop the recovery of Rs.1,22,918/- for non implementable punishment.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue was settled amicably between the parties and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. This submission is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
