The petitioner only seeks for survey to be conducted, based on his application dated 07.05.2018.

2.Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents also doesn't have instructions with regard to whether survey has been conducted subsequently, pending this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, it would be sufficient to dispose of the writ petition, directing the petitioner's survey application dated 07.05.2018 to be acted upon by the respondents 2 and 3, if already not surveyed, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the other interested parties. 2/4
