Though the petitioner has challenged the order transferring him from the Office of the Deputy Director of Health Services, Paramakudi to Primary Health Centre at Veeramachanpatti, Tiruchirapalli Health Unit District, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 28.08.2019, wherein he has sought for transfer to Bogalur Primary Health Centre, Ramanathapuram District, which according to him is vacant.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation, as well as the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
