ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not produced proper No Objection Certificate to the authorities concerned. No Objection Certificate is required for processing the application by the present authority.

2.At this, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will obtain proper No Objection Certificate from the authority concerned and produce the same to the respondent for processing his application. 3.In view of the same, this Court does not think that this writ petition can be kept pending. W.P.(MD)No.18381 of 2018 the authority with all the required documents. 4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed, accordingly. No costs.
