ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw the instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner if any may please be preserved to make a similar request after transfer of property which is subject matter of instant writ petition in the name of the writ petitioner.
2. To be noted, as of today, the immovable property forming part of subject matter of instant writ petition stands in the name of writ petitioner's father and this Court is informed that the writ petitioner's father is no more, but there is nothing to buttress this plea or nothing to show who are the other legal heirs of the writ petitioner's father.
3. Permitted to withdraw.
