[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to adduce evidence by accepting the admission and discharge certificate of his wife issued by the Duty Medical Officer, K.A.P. Viswanatha Medical Hospital, Government Medical College, Trichy dated 24.06.2025 and mark the same as Ex.D.1 in Session Case No. 69 of 2021 dated 27.09.2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukottai
2. We do not find any reason to accept the additional evidence produced by the appellant herein. Further the appellant did not even whisper that why he did not mark those documents before the trial Court during trial, hence the petition stands dismissed. [G.K.I., J.] & [R.P., J.] 20.01.2026 aav
