O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2016 and 14.07.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's son Biju has been implicated in four criminal cases with mala fide intention. Now, the respondents are taking steps for detaining him under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. In the above circumstances, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 14.07.2016, requesting them not to detain her son under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner's son has involved in four criminal cases and he has detained under Act 14 of 1982 and he has also undergone the detention period.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner's son already detained under Act 14 of 1982, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
