Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Extension of Agreement, dated 04.05.2018, Document No.3784, executed by the first respondent registered before the fourth respondent and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently directing the third respondent to conduct enquiry for issuance of illegal extension of licence given by the first respondent to the fifth respondent.
