ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the suspension order dated 12.11.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner was convicted in the criminal proceedings on 05.10.2021.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the suspension order. However, the petitioner is entitled to subsistence allowance until conviction. Therefore, the respondents are directed to pay the subsistence allowance from the date of suspension until the date of conviction, if not paid. 2/4

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
