Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Learned Subordinate Judge,Tuticorin for speedy disposal of Original Suit in O.S. No. 323 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judges Court, Tuticorin within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.12.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, in D.No.845, dated 20.10.2023, this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 20.12.2021, directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.323 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3.Now the learned learned Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin, has submitted a requisition dated 20.10.2023 stating that the third defendant died and steps are pending and hence, she could not dispose the case within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks three months further time.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.323 of 2014 within a period of three months from today (10.11.2023).
