To Cancel the bail granted to the 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P (MD). No.15421 /2022 dated 01.09.2022 and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

As per the prosecution, although the defacto complainant has made an allegation that the petitioner is tampering with witnesses and is not cooperating with the trial, the prosecution has not made any such allegation. There is no complaint received regarding such allegation. Moreover, the case in S.C.No.36 of 2022 pending before the Additional District Court No.I, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari, has been transferred from Kanniyakumari to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Tirunelveli based on the order of the Honorable Supreme Court and renumbered as S.C.No.290 of 2025. Therefore, there is no question of tampering the witnesses.

2. Considering the above facts, this petition stands dismissed. In case, if there is any such complaint, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the defacto complainant is at liberty to approach this Court seeking cancellation of bail. 13-11-2025 jbr To The Inspector of Police Asaripallam Police Station Nagercoil Kanyakumari District.
