This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent not to put on hold the petitioner's pension account and allow the petitioner to operate the account. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner was permitted to operate the bank account. It was further submitted that the petitioner had availed agricultural loan and towards repayment of the same, amount is debited in the bank account of the petitioner maintained before the respondent bank.
