Heard Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.K.Jeyaseelan, learned Government, for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.6245/15 r.g dated 28.04.2016. 3/6

3. Pending the Writ Petition which challenges the internal communication, whereby disciplinary proceedings are directed to be initiated by communication dated 16.12.2016 in R.C.No. 66/2016-2017/A3, the Joint Registrar cum Managing Director/1st respondent herein had sent a communication to the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies indicating that there is no provision for proceeding against the named individuals and thereafter no proceedings have also been initiated.

4. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
