PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months in Cr.M.P.No.3440 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months in Cr.M.P.No.3440 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are close relatives and also submitted that the petitioners are living in Manapparai and doing business there and the respondent police station is situated 350 kms https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram in Cr.M.P.No.3440 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
