ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his application dated 16.06.2016 submitted for conducting re-survey in the land in Survey No.121/5, 129/2a and 129/2b in Navarpatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, has not been considered sofar, has filed this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application, survey was conducted on 04.06.2016 and being 2/4

not satisfied with the same, the petitioner has submitted another application dated 16.06.2023. Based on that application, another survey was conducted on 19.08.2023.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
