COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed by the husband challenging the interim order passed by the Family Court, Ramanathapuram, directing him to hand over 9 1⁄2 sovereigns of gold jewellery, Hero honda two wheeler and the dowry articles worth of Rs.3,00,000/-.

2. Pending the revision petition, husband has passed away on 18.12.2022. Sofar, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased husband to prosecute the revision petition. This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
