O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.185 of 2020 dated 24.04.2020 registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 269 and 188 IPC and Sections 4 and 9(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Smoking and Spitting Act, 2003.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation is already completed and the respondent Police have filed a final report as action dropped.
