ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 and 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of PC Act, 1988 r/w 109 IPC and Section 12, 13(2) r/w 13(1) (b) of PC Act, 1988 as amended in Act 16 of 2018, in Crime No.14 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioners are not going to be arrested by the Investigating Officer and they can appear before the Investigating Officer and co-operate with him to complete the investigation.

CRL OP(MD). No.19997 of 2021 with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through proper proceedings, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation.
