ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner's salary.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions, submits that the salary has been paid to the writ petitioner by way of the proceedings, dated 11.09.2023. The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner also acknowledges the said fact.

3. Recording the above said facts, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
