Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned charge memo issued in Resolution No.5 dated 10.06.2016 and consequential impugned order of appointing the Enquiry Officer by the 3rd respondent in her proceedings No.Nil, dated 09.07.2016 and quash the both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to post the petitioner in some other Panchayat within the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued by the third respondent, dated 10.06.2016 and the consequential order of appointment of the Enquiry Officer, dated 09.07.2016 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
