PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.R3/968/2016, dated 27.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to select and appoint any suitable person for the post of Cooking Assistant from the list of candidates dated 17.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner school.

Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that this writ petition has now become infructuous, since the fourth respondent has not joined the petitioner - School as Cooking Assistant.

2. In this writ petition, the petitioner - School has challenged the appointment of the fourth respondent as Cooking Assistant in their School.

Since the fourth respondent has not joined the petitioner - School as Cooking Assistant, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. After recording the fact that the fourth respondent has not joined the petitioner - School as Cooking Assistant, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
