Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from interfering in civil dispute which is relating to the land in Survey No.25/1B1A to an extent of 1 Acre 96 Cents situated at Melappalayam Village, Tirunelveli, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2016.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to forbear the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute relating to the land in Survey No.25/1B1A, to an extent of 1 Acre 96 Cents, situated at Melappalayam Village, Tirunelveli, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The

second respondent police is interfering with the civil right. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the Writ Petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent police and the enquiry reveals that it is only a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Hence, the complaint has been closed.

4. Considering the fact that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the complaint has been closed, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
