None appeared for the petitioner yesterday. The case is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. I went through the contents of the impugned order. The sale deed presented by the petitioner was returned by the registering authority because it included the plots that have already been sold. That apart, the layout in question was also not approved. Citing these twin reasons, the impugned order of rejection was passed. The reasons are well founded. No case has been made out for interference.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
