ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct survey of the properties situated in Survey Nos.67/1B and 67/6B, Keeranur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering her online application dated 08.01.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Vadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner claims right over the subject properties under two sale deeds dated 25.01.2012 and 23.11.2012. The pattas for the subject properties stand in the name of the petitioner in Patta Nos.1126 and 1867. The petitioner submitted an online application on 08.01.2025 in
Application No.2025/123/24/011081, seeking survey of the subject properties and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
