(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) Heard Mr.B.Prasanna Vinoth, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction upon the respondents to lay a road in an approved layout and in this regard, a representation has been given on 16.12.2018.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2018, we direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation, dated 16.12.2018 and ensure to take appropriate action so that the grievance of the members residing in the approved layout will be redressed at the earliest point of time.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
