ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Aand Chandrasekar, Advocate M/s. Sarvabhauman Associates for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.R.S.Prabhu, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, and of Mr.S.Sivathilakar, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to set aside an order dated 16.08.2023 passed in C.R.P.(MD) No.2160 of 2018 on the file of this Court and restore the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit, this petition stands allowed and the Civil Revision Petition is ordered to be restored to file."
