ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the third respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, has lodged a complaint as against her, based on which, they have initiated petition enquiry in CSR.No.293 of 2025 and the same is pending.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and they are not supposed to harass the petitioner. In the event, if the complaint of the third respondent constitutes any cognizable offence, it is open to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
