ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 02.09.2024 and consequently direct the third and fourth respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.14547 of 2024 seeking direction to survey his property and that this Court, considering the submission made by the Government side that survey was proposed to be conducted on 10.07.2024, disposed the said petition, vide order dated 04.07.2024.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that survey has already been conducted and now the petitioner seeks police protection for fencing his land, which was disputed by the fifth respondent. 2/4

4.Since survey was already conducted, question of giving police protection for fencing the land does not arise at all. The petitioner has to approach the competent civil Court to workout his remedy.
