This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 17.10.2018. 2.Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry and found that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. During enquiry, the petitioner requested not to proceed with the complaint further. Recording the same, the complaint was closed.
