PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Se.Mu.No.L1/44004/2016, dated 16.12.2016 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to revoke the petitioner's suspension and reinstate her in service and allow her to retire on 31.05.2017. The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

3. In accordance with the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
