JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant as against the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil, in H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2018, dated 20.07.2018, in and by which, the marriage held between the parties on 23.05.1973, was dissolved.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He has also submitted a letter dated 23.11.2020 to the Registry in this regard.

3. In view of the above submission and the letter dated 23.11.2020, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
