O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for completion of investigation in Crime No.731 of 2021 registered against the accused for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, pending on the file of the respondent Police, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent submits that the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai.

3. Since the purpose for which the present petition has been filed has already been fulfilled, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
