Common Prayer : These Civil revision petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.674 and 675 of 2018 respectively in O.S.No.21 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi.

In response, a e-Court report was received, wherein it is stated that O.S.No.21 of 2013 was dismissed as withdrawn on 18.12.2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admits that the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2013 was dismissed. 2.In view of the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
