ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 give necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his shop on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the third respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has already sent online complaint dated 16.09.2024. 4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the third respondent and on such receipt of the same, 2/4

the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
