ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has been suspended vide order dated 02.03.2021. Along with the petitioner, few other officials were also suspended. It is stated that they have been reinstated. The petitioner has given a representation dated 02.08.2022 for revocation of the suspension order.

3. It is well settled that the employer has to periodically review the suspension order and take a call as to whether it should be continued.

4. I therefore direct the first respondent to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or other.
