ORDER
Heard Mr.B.Prasannavinoth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioners to the post of Medical Officer (Siddha), based on promotion panel, dated 30.05.2014, as per G.O.Ms.No.51, Health and Family Welfare (IM2-1) Department, dated 25.03.2013, with effect from 2013.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that 9 petitioners were included in the panel for the year 2018-2019 and the remaining petitioners have not included in the panel, since their seniority is not reached for the panel of the year 2018-19.
4.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
